And I don't mean alcohol (sorry), but I mean that I'm always drinking something because I'm always thirsty. I freak out if I don't have hydration for at least ten minutes. I probably just need to drink more water tbh.
Always Thirsty?? Do you have other symptoms? like increased food intake, frequent urination, being sleepy after being meal??

Yep I can't go too long w/o drinking smth. I got hooked on mate (which sadly is not rlly hydrating) and im constantly drinking it even in mid summer reply
