Is anyone else just a constant drinker?

And I don't mean alcohol (sorry), but I mean that I'm always drinking something because I'm always thirsty. I freak out if I don't have hydration for at least ten minutes. I probably just need to drink more water tbh.

i mean as long as ur urine doesn't look like clear water i guess u're fine, bcs if u're hyperhidration ur body will show that as a sign 2 reply
