And I don't mean alcohol (sorry), but I mean that I'm always drinking something because I'm always thirsty. I freak out if I don't have hydration for at least ten minutes. I probably just need to drink more water tbh.
i drink 7L of water on average everyday, 5L of those is hot water & herbs (what i call tea). & no i'm not pre diabetic. mind you i exercise A LOT so i do sweat it out. drinking that much is just a habit atp, not from feeling dehydration 1 reply
