Seems there were some who were giving suggestions on the post about op drinking too much water.
I would like to know, why i don't feel like drinking water at all, except when it's REALLY necessary. I dislike the taste of water(ik it has none but it does feel like it has)when I'm not too thirsty. And what can i do to improve my habit, i wanna stay hydrated and healthy.
So idk some people honestly don't like the taste of water it's not strange but you can add flavor to your water to whatever suits you e.g - lemon. reply
