Surgery experience....
If you’ve ever had surgery, I'd love to hear how you handled it too so I don't feel alone!
Idk why I’m venting here, probably just bored from bed rest. Idk what else to do other than reading, watching videos, sleeping
I recently had my first surgery, and I’ve been on bed rest since. The operation room was freezing, I was literally trembling. After anesthesia put me to sleep, I woke up feeling extremely dizzy, and the first few hours post-op were hella painful I literally cried. I’ve been discharged and am recovering at home. The painkillers are working for the most part, and the stitches seem to be healing well. But I still don't have the balls to look at the scars for some reasons
That said, I’ve still been feeling a bit anxious and exhausted, even when it comes to simple things like changing the bandage. It wasn’t a major surgery, but not exactly a minor one either. The first few days were really rough, and I think I've been experiencing some mental fatigue

HI!
I'm a professional patient, lol! I have had well over 50 surgeries. I know that feeling! Take it slow! Recuperation is slow and monotonus, but you got this!
50 surgeries? You are God's strongest soldier This was my first ever surgery and I felt like dying already, I can't even imagine yours. Thank you so much, I appreciate it! I hope you're having a nice day!
I am now! Take care of yourself and rest! Resting is very important for recuperation! Take your meds! <3
