How do you get past the fact that some ppl hate you (srs)

Like for example when you're in an important position like (class officers in school, team leads at work etc.) and you know some of the people around you hate you and you know you have your own lapses, how do you get your confidence back? I don't need answers like 'I'm a bad bitch' etc etc like genuinely how I need help

My advice is to just think of everyone as silly? You have 24 hours in a day and a bitch is using her whole day to hate on YOU? while your out here getting your shit together she’s at home in bed bed rotting looking at your posts or stuff to hate on you is CRAZY just a fucking silly goofball reply
