Have a regular activity you do with others. Can be sport or anything else. I started singing in a choir a few years ago and it's that one event every week I'm really looking forward to, it manages to snap me out of a depressed mood and gets me active and socializing. I agree with top comment exercise makes a difference !! I personally hate the gym but there’s other options you can make exercise be enjoyable like going on walks, taking a dance class, going swimming, doing yoga, doing a sport etc Also moderation is key , knowing your limits and learning to kick bad habits are super important this can apply to......   reply
