Whenever I feel sad, I just read fanfiction. Even the sad fanfiction somehow make me happy idk why. Or do hobbies. Go get a hobby like writing or something, if there's nothing happy to do, then go make happy things.   reply

Thinking about it nothing cheers me up better than falling in love with something new - like listening to bands or artists i didn't know, watching a new series/anime/musical/movie (etc), starting a good book... I found that journaling or scrapbooking also makes me feel a bit better afterwards, just so that all the thoughts/feelings have somewhere to go.
