Both but im leaning more to simple repetitive tropes I started reading manga as a palate cleanser for complex books and anime and it became a habit, I kinda always prefer just simple romance or chill slice of life   reply

Repetitive trope is when I need time wasting no brain nonsense entertainment Complex mind blowing stuff is when I need a good story cause everything else seems boring I read everything Like I could be reading the most plot worthy, Noble prize winning literature and you’ll still catch me in my bed other times rereading kiss me liar or some sh   1 reply

I do both, but mostly repetitive cause there's not a lot of complex stories available rn. Most offers those typical mediocre stories. Though some of them were good. It brings some sort of memories i had when I'm still a teenager.   1 reply
