i let myself crash out, then i recalibrate by thinking about my wants/needs. what am i trying to do? what do i need to do to get closer to that goal? i take it day by day. if i don't fulfill those daily tasks needed to reach my goal, that's ok. i just keep recalibrating. maybe i need to do less to get myself started, maybe i need to create a visi......   reply

i try to scream to shout to cry and basically release any kind of emotion that i can i also blast music so loud that i cant hear my thoughts for hours and that usually helps   reply
