you guys are cleary blinded by the fetishizing of omegaverse. i know that a lot of nowadays omegaverse involte twinkization, rape and too much smut, but i promisse that this trope can be trully interesting if well written. you guys arent reading the true omegaverses.

I would've taken this seriously if not for the accusatory tone "you guys are clearly blinded" while giving no recs. There's no such thing as an inherently bad trope (or at least they're very rare). Anything can be done well in the hands of a capable writer. People can still choose not to engage with the trope for whatever reason. And what the hell is the "true omegaverse" lmao???

Yes but like you can't lie that omegaverse is literally an excuse to excuse rape. They're being forced to have sex because their body demands it. That sounds like hell to deal with. Heat/rut ≠ actual consent.
