Mudslides (basically a milkshake and can be frozen or classic), any sort of daiquiri, or pina coladas. If you want something a bit less sweet, a Moscow mule (or any sort of mule) is a good alternative. It might also be a good idea to have some apple juices as an N/A alternative or beers just in case he decides to be anti cocktail
