Ugh ppl think that if you only read yaoi that you fetishize gay men. It’s honestly stupid because that’s literally not the case for most ppl. I mostly read yaoi because I can’t find yuris that suit my standard and that fine but ppl wanna be critically online and say it’s a fetish smh 2 reply

Honestly.
My reason for reading and liking YAOI is quite deep.
I read them because in the real world the society doesn't accept them. (Not most but, we know 70% don't accept them).
The story I read are all happily ever after. They end up together for life like "till death do us apart" meanwhile if we were to think it properly not every gay couples...... 1 reply

You just don't like Yuri, it's fine, you don't need to find a reason not to read it. You can't force yourself to like it. HOWEVER, I disagree with people saying there aren't good Yuri out there, or that it is for the male gaze. Most yuris on the top page are for women made by women.
