You can take magnesium glycinate for constipation. It's what gastroenterologists use to prep patients for colonoscopies, so it would definitely help with constipation. I would recommend you to try: - black coffee or black/green tea - prunes, figs, kiwis - eat more fiber - grapes (just eat a whole pack in one sitting, it works wonders lmao) Also drink a lot of warm water!   reply

Eat: cashews or any type of nuts, fruits - prunes, dates; corn, other fiber rich food or supplements. I never knew I'd find something like this in this site but hey why not haha   reply
