Eat more fibre in the future. More fruits (not simply bananas but also grapes, apples if those are affordable), whole wheat bread, oats and nuts. Lactose and caffeine also help, but you need to change up your diet if you don't want the problem to come back. It MIGHT also help your acne. Also important: drink water.
