Yaoi is a Japanese genre that features romantic relationships between men and typically includes explicit sexual content. When these stories exclude sexual content, they are referred to as Shounen-ai.
Not all Yaoi is Porn, but there are some Yaoi stories that focus so heavily on sexual content, they’re essentially the same as Porn.
