As a witch myself, I think forcing a connection is unethical. But at the end of the day, u can't work with energy if it doesn't exist there at all. But I'm a strong believer of karma too so when u work with someone else's energy, i always remember that it comes back. Especially if u hurt other people on the way. I personally like working on myself ......
