how do I get rid of social anxiety because everytime I get to meet cool and funny people I want to freely express my personality around them but the only thing holding me back is my self-doubt and fear of rejection so I just come across as a boring person when I'm not well acquainted with someone

god knew I'd be too powerful so he had to nerf me with this shit

Personal experience BTW!! I got rid of my social anxiety when I started playing games and put my mic on. I was still anxious to talk because of rejection. It wasnt so bad. Made few online friends. So I took courage to talk in front of the class once. My stomach mades knots but it went well. I was brave enough to do things i hated doing. Naturally...... reply

always remember NBDY GAF!! and even if they do YOU shouldnt gaf. i used to have bad social anxiety and missed a lot of opportunities to meet new people and experience life, but what worked for me is just pushing through my fears. you can start by just making small talk with strangers and faking confidence until you're not faking anymore. idk thats how i got over it reply
