I can't cook :(
If I could cook tho:
I would either make a good big greasy Mofongo with sauce or, if the time is enough to I would make Habichuelas con dulce (Dominican sweet beans).
It may not be french hu la la high cuisine, but I think everyone should try it evil if it's just a bite!!
