I gained anger issues from holding back emotions alot anyways idk mine I just watch tiktok and pet my cats, sometimes if it's towards someone I'd give them burnt food... Or spam them. My spam will be literally full of random words. Like after 25 messages that means I'm angry LMAO and I calmed down.
I cry. I keep crying to calm myself down from the anger. And then spiral into self loath, depression etc. Then after good smacks, I gain back my composure reply
