I gained anger issues from holding back emotions alot anyways idk mine I just watch tiktok and pet my cats, sometimes if it's towards someone I'd give them burnt food... Or spam them. My spam will be literally full of random words. Like after 25 messages that means I'm angry LMAO and I calmed down.
I cry, then vent to my twin sister who is calmer and gives better advices than me. She gives me her pov on the situation and advices, I sleep and then poof all forgotten. Yeah I'm that easy reply
