I gained anger issues from holding back emotions alot anyways idk mine I just watch tiktok and pet my cats, sometimes if it's towards someone I'd give them burnt food... Or spam them. My spam will be literally full of random words. Like after 25 messages that means I'm angry LMAO and I calmed down.
... I cry :D. I tend to cry when I get angry, which is quite frustrating, but I feel SO much better after a good cry and a long nap, both when I'm angry and when I'm sad. It's like my brain resets reply
