Omegaverse is whatever the autor makes of it. Some make it so that (male) omegas don't produce sperm, some others make it so that it's less likely they get someone pregnant but not impossible, some make it so that they can only get pregnant by an alpha, some make it so that they can get pregnant by just anyone ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Same thing goes with alph......   reply

Technically they couldn't bc their semen wouldn't carry sperm, however bc its a made-up universe there's most likely a person out there making omegas have babies w each other   reply
