As someone who’s been to a mental health facility, most of them don’t let you have shit . No phones, electronics, personal items (aside from maybe like a stuffed animal or book they authorize), no certain types of clothing, or just anything else from outside the building. A drawing pad, a pencil, head phones and a music player/my phone bc without those things then I'll actually start acting like I belong in that asylum.

My honest answer is a skechbook i don't even need a pencil I can use blood if needed . so I can simulate the experience and draw my own yaoi, beautiful women and finally have time to practice drawing hands
