if the romance/interest is established from the beginning im fine with it (most of the time). or it doesnt even have to be romantic, the two parties just have to have a deep bond established ie, yusuke and keiko from Yu Yu Hakusho. if not that, i think if both parties have equal relevance to the plot then its also fine. other than that id prefer if...... reply
