Exactly, and even crazier there's this webcomic I'm reading where they hate the fact that the male lead actually does something and gets rid of the female leads abusers, not by letting her simply just move in but also literally assassinating them. They’re lowkey boring ngl. It’s overused and all they do is look pretty tbh. A Silent Voice is the exception for me though, that movie is peak.   reply

Idk man I may just be weird but I LOVE this troupe. I love an FL that is a pretty damsel in distress (but not so much as to "omg I can't even go to the bathroom alone bc I'm so helpless!!!", but moreso "I can't do this thing due to anxiety and trauma". It just deepens their character sm)   reply
