Just got diagnosed with adhd and depression.. everyone thinks it's a fake diagnosis though so like whatever sm for clarity ig bc now I'm questioning the validity of it too even though I can't even function properly. Besides I was told to just meditate and get a job as a solution... and my friends said everyone has adhd some just deal with it worse ......
