I would say that I can be pretty down at times, but I usually just collect random fixations to forget about it. From music, games, cooking, and other hobbies. I hate to be the type of person, but also going outside to change the scenery is a good idea. Talk to people you're safe opening up to, or write a journal.   1 reply

Life may be boring but it's peaceful. Trust it's better this way than having some random dramas or something. Urgh going thru same thing and what i do is procrastinate on practicing, going out, taking baths (this is real) and everything in general. It is like time stopped moving for me, and even if I run i cannot come out of this loop. It is very dangerous. Anyways go read horror or something grotesque.
