I hate the idea of gaining weight

Like gaining weight terrifies me. My biggest fear is ending up like those stars on my 600lb life who expect everyone to take care of them while they laze around and stuff their face. (then they claim they've tried ''everything'' to lose weight.) I get that having a fear like that is definitely a privilege, and a bit irrational considering the fact im a healthy weight but ugh everytime i step on a scale and the number goes up i feel so disappointed and disgusted in myself.

Tbh (as someone who’s currently overweight) you have to binge eat a lot and every day in order to gain and even maintain that weight in the first place, plus those people are probably being enabled to not lose weight by their feeder partners or co dependent relatives.
