Death penalty should be legal.
Some people do things that make it so that they have lost their right to live.
I think it is an extreme policy, but I think in some instances, if you can prove that the person is not rehabilitate-able or that even if they could change, that they still wouldn't deserve to live for all they have done, then they should......
