What do you do when you did or said something and then you feel second-hand embarassment? How do you make that feeling of shame go? Same question when you feel guilt, how do you make that feeling go away?
sometimes I still lay awake at night thinking about the embarrassing things I did lol. Just find something to take your mind off of it, it will always be there at the back of your mind so the best thing u can do is to ignore it reply
