What do you do when you did or said something and then you feel second-hand embarassment? How do you make that feeling of shame go? Same question when you feel guilt, how do you make that feeling go away?
ig for both i gotta let myself feel it, write about it maybe, and eventually it'll phase out on its own;; nothing i really do to make it go away, and there are too many embarrassing/guilty things in my life to get stuck on any one of them;; reply
