Well I'm guessing you mean first hand ? If so I had a couple embarrassing moments and what helped me is to literally be like I'll never meet these people again and probably they'll forget about it since it's such an insignificant thing and also everyone does embarrassing stuff all the time so yea no biggie ╮(￣▽￣)╭
