It’s good that you quit sugar but make sure to not eat fast food and sleep early latest should be 10:00 to 10:30. You could try interminent fasting and adding protein to ur diet. Fasting did wonders for me. You definetly shouldnt starve urself or change ur diet drastically. But if u eat everything u would in a day in the span of 8 hours and dont eat for 16 hours its a good start. Like start eating at 9 am and stop at 5 pm.
