It’s good that you quit sugar but make sure to not eat fast food and sleep early latest should be 10:00 to 10:30. As for exercise a mix of cardio and muscle building (if you don’t have weights I think things like push ups/squats/ or watch Chloe ting I think her workouts are better for ppl at home, her workouts are great because there’s a wide......   1 reply
