negative mindset that you do?
I am the type of person where someone will come to me with their problems and I will basically go, "so what?" in my head. I don't think most problems are dumb, but some people are just like, they need mental support and... that is never going to happen with me.
I tell you what is going on, why it's going on, what you can do, and that's it.
Honestly.
There are very few instances where someone comes to me with a problem where I genuinely feel terrible about what's happening to them.
It's the "if I didn't cry when learning about the Holocaust, I'm not crying because you put sad music to a single child dying" problem.
Which, idk, some people say this is a problem. My mum straight up says I'm heartless sometimes... Σ( ￣□￣||). However, I am equally heartless to myself, so it's ok.
Anyway, I'm just curious if any of you guys have any like, bad "mental" habits lmao.

honestly i get what you mean. i grew up in an environment where if i showed emotion i was showing my weakness to be trampled on, so i generally have a resting bitch face and closed off or cold demeanor. i'm sure i was emotionally dead or at least apathetic to other people for the most part. i think it was during senior high school when i got extrem......

I always find ways to hate myself because of past bullying, and I'm always finding ways to not trust when people say they actually like me.
