This happens to me a lot too, I'm js not in the mood to eat or not hungry at all, like, the whole day I don't get hungry even though I know I should eat But that's the thing, I SHOULD eat even though I'm not hungry, maybe start w little things that you know you like, or even cooking for yourself by looking up recipes that look good and you'd like to try, or even eating w someone helps I know it's not easy, specially if you don't wanna do anything, to the point of not even taking care of yourself, but little steps are okay to begin with Bc yk, you could actually end up w an eating disorder and that's a whole another thing Plss take care <33
