Guys... I just started lifting again today after a 2 month break (previously id been weight lifting for ab 5-ish months. So im still fairly new, but for personal reasons i wasn't able to lift at all over the summer) and it was AWFUL my arms felt like spaghetti noodles, I went down from 85lbs on bench to 65lbs on bench, and after my arms were wore out i could barely do dumbell exercises with 10lbs like my arms were GONE. Like i felt worse than i did when i first started lifting. Well, on a positive note, when i first started lifting i Couldn't even lift the 45lb bar and had to start with a 20lb bar on bench w/o weights... so atleast i haven't regressed that much on weight, but as for stamina .... well.... thats a different story >_<

Make sure to get your protein and keep moving up in weight and it’ll come back fast. Also, cardio (as shitty as it is) helps with stamina

ps guys dont make fun of me pls for how much i can bench.. its embarrassing lol... also i generally really like weight lifting, and im sure this is just temporary until my body gets used to working out again!! If you guys ever want to try lifting, id say go for it. The pain is temporary and you can get BUFF!! (btw a good diet would help that goal a...... reply
damnnn I’ve been wanting to start working out regularly for a while now but I just can’t keep up with the schedule ╥﹏╥ not to mention the absolute hell of a pain i have to go through every day after the one i worked out on lol it sucks and i don’t have any motivation except „cool abs someday hehe” so trying to actually get my mind...... 1 reply
