Oh yeah muscle atrophy moves fast You got this(๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧ Make sure to get your protein and keep moving up in weight and it’ll come back fast. Also, cardio (as shitty as it is) helps with stamina   1 reply

ps guys dont make fun of me pls for how much i can bench.. its embarrassing lol... also i generally really like weight lifting, and im sure this is just temporary until my body gets used to working out again!! damnnn I’ve been wanting to start working out regularly for a while now but I just can’t keep up with the schedule ╥﹏╥ not to mention the absolute hell of a pain i have to go through every day after the one i worked out on lol it sucks and i don’t have any motivation except „cool abs someday hehe” so trying to actually get my mind......   1 reply
