You should exercise and eat in a calorie deficit! I know that's what ppl hear to lose weight, but try bulking! Im not an expert so please research but the purpose of bulking is to gain mass/weight so that you can lift more in the gym. I think the main thing to consider right now is whether or not you are clinically underweight. Uhhhh I’m not exactly sure since I’m not rlly skinny but I think working out can help you look less skinny, like building muscle. There are specific type of Protien snacks, powders, and drinks that are made for weight gain and bulking up so search into that. Honestly if ur skinny in like unhealthy way, I recommend taking some vitamins and stuff. Don't take too much just about 2 times a day depending on the vitamins u take. has a doctor told you this? if not then don worry about it and if you really wanna be sure calculate your bmi, it isn’t that accurate but it’ll give you a rough idea of where you can be weight wise. Calculate it and go from there but usually just eating healthy and living healthy will give you a healthy body   2 reply

I had a protein deficiency and I just ate tons of peanut butter and chicken to get it in. I’m just beef works too but I’m allergic so I don’t really know I’m a big fiend for peanuts so I endorse all to eat peanuts   1 reply
