Honestly if ur skinny in like unhealthy way, I recommend taking some vitamins and stuff. Don't take too much just about 2 times a day depending on the vitamins u take. Eat first before taking them, which I suggest veggies and high protein diet. Don't get protein powders, that's usually for ppl who want to gain muscles and stuff. Take some carbs to......   1 reply
