How do you guys read?

How do you guys read comfortably? I'm getting back pain from reading at one sitting... May it be from laying down to sitting up. I AIN'T EVEN A GRANDMA YET

I always read sitting down on my blankets or on the couch, it's the most comfortable for me. I also read in bed 1 reply
