Now I ain't no medical expert. But as someone who experienced something similar, I suggest just eating something fibrous like ripe mangoes, bananas, papaya, jackfruit, avocado, cooked peanuts, boiled sweet potatoes, pumpkin/squash, etc. Bc for me, it helps my shit pass through painlessly like it's lubed up from the inside.
