Whats the whole ass point of an umbrella if your still gonna end up wet anyway like I just got back home after buying something from a store and mind you I have my umbrella but i still got wet

I wear raincoats for this reason. Wear a raincoat, use an umbrella - trust, you will not get wet. reply
