I mean as long as you don't write rape, then I think that's the bare minimum toward a good story. My fav tropes are: 1. Enemies/hate to love. Ones where they bicker a lot and don't express their true emotions but it's 100% yearning. They hate that they want each other. 2. Dumb x dumber/loser behavior. I tend to love a good slowburn, for instance the characters start out as enemies, something leads them to becoming frenemies, then after a while proper friends and then they start to fall for eachother. I also like delinquent stories that are also tied in with the slice of life genre, it just feels so healing. The cute character × cute character......   reply
