In 2016 I read this canvas webtoon where it was like this hot e girl with thigh high socks and she had like a pet octopus or tentacle pet and sometimes she would explore her town but the webtoon was thriller cause while you could see her doing cute things like going to the arcade to play video games or something you could obviously see a kid getting kidnapped in the background this was actually like a really dark webtoon that tried to play it off as a kawaii story And sometimes the tentacle pet would hold her upside down and it was like fan service
It was like thriller or horror I can’t remember I read it a LONG time ago and there was probably like a creepy clown in the town too I think that’s what was kidnapping the kids idk I forgot
