Hey. First year med student here I do believe it's because you got used to not having sufficient rest that when you actually get enough sleep your body thinks that you slept more than you should and thus you wake up tired, it's kinda similar to when you sleep for a whole day and still wake up tired because oversleeping is bad for you (still temptin......   reply

Okay so from what i know sleep is actually on 3 cycle, so theres Light sleep >> deep sleep >> REM so when you sleep earlier, your alarm clock in the morning is probably waken you up when youre in the *deep sleep* stage, this stage where u feel "tired", groggy, etc etc is ur body transitioning from being suddenly/forced if u will, to wake up when yo......   reply

wait the answers here are insightful...does anybody know why, if i dont get at least 10-(sometimes 11 hours of sleep) im really tired like i didnt sleep enough (Been like this since i was younger) Also good luck op bc same here   1 reply

Got curious of your case.. The best advice is to actually go to a sleep doctor to ask for help. Bartender consults like this one is a bit of risky and dangerous since misdiagnosis is a high risk.
