this works for me in most subjects, i make summaries or draw mind maps for the important parts as i study the whole topics. then i use my visual memory skill to burn into mind those summary pages or mind maps, so that from there i can just recall the rest of the details that i've read. i always rely on my understandings of the ideas or conclusions ......
