Am I gonna get karma for this one?

I'm not a bug or an insect person so.there was a praying mantis in my room that appeared out of nowhere called my dad to get rid of it cuz Im anxious around bugs it makes me stay awake at night and while I was calling him it look at me yeah seems silly cuz bugs always looks at you by there's something off bout that one and my dad kinda broke its leg so it won't fly and I google what it means if you see a praying mantis and it said that it means goodluck so since my dad broke its leg does that mean that I might gonna have the shittiest year this year man I'm also imagining that my mom is a fuckibg mantis rn
