You’re not gonna like this answer. I Don’t like this answer, but it doesn’t change what we know about depression so far. You need to find something physical to do. Like literally move your body. I started Journaling recently..(it doesn't help..infact im pretty sure it made things worse) I can't afford therapy and im pretty sure my mom doesnt believe in that stuff either ....so i just write things down ig...I also started crocheting recently so I have somewhere to put all that negativity...so I'd say just find a hobby or if there's anything......   1 reply

Two words: Get. Informed. There's a lot of free medical education around depression, and even more people giving their education and experience for free ( therapist/physiologist) and even MORE people who have struggled with depression and give advice on how they dealt with it.
