During my worst moments it helped to remind myself that emotions are temporary. It’s literally impossible to feel the same forever.

You will not feel this way forever.
So let your self feel what you need to now.
Accept and acknowledge what you feel.

Lots of times your emotions are like…a little kid that just wants your attention and once you go “oh yes I see you” the feeling can become less intense or go away entirely.

I will add that grief is not something that ever really goes away. But it does get less overwhelming over time. You just gotta give yourself time.

Hugs to you fam, i understand the feeling. Try to just divert your mind to some other things on the internet, for me, it was just listening to some documentaries about obscure stuff i really didn't know and it's not really needed haha. Also just try not to go too deep into the self hate area, you matter and you are loved. It's a depressing episode thus the thoughts, but you're amazing as you are and are loveable. You absolutely deserve to eat well and have a break. Much love, take care
